The problem is resolved now and everything should be working as expected again.

We've enabled server starts/stops and access to the files again. The recovery isn't fully completed, there are still a few servers left that are still in the "Pending" status. We continue to monitor the situation to ensure that everything is operating correctly.

The website is back online, but many functions are still disabled. We are currently prioritizing the recovery of servers that went offline due to the outage. After that we will enable server starts and general file access again.

Power is coming back and we are working on restoring all services. It will take a while to get everything fully operational again.

Our datacenter is currently experiencing a power outage. The reasons and possible solutions as well as an estimated time to resolve this issue are unfortunately still unknown.
